ALTA BADIA COCKTAIL WEEK 2025

This winter marks the first edition of Alta Badia Cocktail Week, a new celebration of mixology, collaboration, and Alpine culture across the valley. For its inaugural year, the program brings together a curated selection of bars and hotels, each hosting a dedicated evening in partnership with an international spirits brand and offering signature cocktails priced at €12 as part of the official cocktail program.

The opening night takes place at B‑Side on January 11th, setting the tone for a week built around craft, atmosphere, and intention.

OPENING NIGHT AT B‑SIDE

As the world’s first alpine hi-fi listening bar, B-Side hosts the launch of Alta Badia Cocktail Week on January 11th, with a program that brings sound, storytelling, and cocktails into the same space. For the opening evening, B‑Side collaborates with Ron Zacapa and Tanqueray 0.0, alongside a guest bar shift from Paradiso (Barcelona), ranked 4th Best Bar in the World 2025 by The World’s 50 Best Bars.

Behind the bar is Andrea Freddi, bringing Paradiso’s distinctive approach to flavour and narrative into the Dolomites for one night only.

TWO COCKTAILS | TWO ALPINE MYTHS

For the duration of cocktail week, two exclusive cocktails anchor the experience, each rooted in Dolomitic legend and landscape.


SPIRIT OF SAS DLA CRUSC
A tribute to Sas dla Crusc, the sacred mountain said to glow with divine light, protecting the valley and its people. Built around Zacapa Solera rum, this cocktail is warm, aromatic, and contemplative. Notes of gentle sweetness and depth mirror the red glow of the mountain at dusk. A fireside drink that feels ancient, protective, and timeless.

THE SILVESTER WOLF
Inspired by the mythic guardian spirit of the Dolomites, said to roam the forests under winter full moons. Crafted with Tanqueray 0.0, this non‑alcoholic cocktail is crisp and lunar in character. Clean pine, icy citrus, and a subtle darkness evoke nocturnal Alpine air — cold, still, and quietly powerful.

SOUND FOR THE EVENING

Music for the launch is curated by Stefan Bondioli, a selector whose approach mirrors the philosophy of B‑Side.

Bondioli’s journey began early, mixing cassette tapes by instinct before discovering vinyl through the Technics 1200. His selections are defined by clean, harmonic transitions and a sensitivity to space and timing. Drawing from Soul, Funk, Rare Groove, Afro, Disco, and the pulse of the ’80s, he remains, above all, a listener first — searching constantly for sounds yet undiscovered.

For the opening of Cocktail Week, his selections shape the room as much as the drinks themselves.
